If you were already tired from waiting for Tt Games to release the next LEGO Star Wars title, then you’re not going to like the latest news on the video game that will span all nine Star Wars movies.
Reading like a bad April Fool’s joke, today’s announcement at the official Tt Games page on Twitter – which was no doubt delayed by a day so it wasn’t taken to be a prank – shares word that the release of The Skywalker Saga has been pushed back again.
With only the promise of sharing an updated release window – not an actual date – as soon as possible, fans are beginning to lose hope that the video game of the Skywalker nonology will be out for May 4th.
Like the last time the game was delayed, no reason has been given and fans have speculated that there’s more to it than just the COVID-19 pandemic. Some have suggested that the developers are trying to catch up with recent advances in console gaming tech, while others have put forward the notion that Disney, following the ignominious dismissal of Gina Carano, has asked for Cara Dune to be removed from the game.
What are your thoughts? Have Tt Games pushed the game’s out too far or are you happy to wait for perfection? Share your comments below.
