At the stroke of midnight in those countries – starting with Australia and New Zealand – served by LEGO.com, the Summer wave of Star Wars sets will become available to order, assuming the LEGO retail servers don’t crash as more and more fans join the surge to get their virtual shopping carts through checkout.
- 75296 Darth Vader Meditation Chamber
- 75309 Republic Gunship
- 75310 Mandalore Throne Room
- 75311 Imperial Armored Marauder
- 75312 Boba Fett’s Starship
- 75314 Bad Batch Attack Shuttle
- 75315 Imperial Light Cruiser
- 75316 Mandalorian Starfighter
While it’s not the GWP that was rumored for the second half of the year, those ordering through LEGO.com – and exceeding the easy-meet $200 threshold – will receive the free 40487 Dream Holiday Sailboat gift with purchase.
If you haven’t been lucky enough to grab any of these sets – which have been turning up the wild in North America and Australia over the last week or so – yet and don’t want to stay up until midnight to chance your order on LEGO.com, which has a reputation of collapsing on big-ticket launch nights, then you could head to you local LEGO store or try another retailer.
Big box stores – like Target and Walmart – will be stocking the Summer wave (with the exception of 75309 Republic Gunship and 75296 Darth Vader Meditation Chamber which are LEGO exclusives) en masse when they open on August 1st, and online from midnight.
